Dr. Norman is the most professional and caring vet in Southwest Kansas! She took the time to find out what was causing my dog's issues rather than just prescribing medications for him like a few others had done. We saw improvement with his condition immediately after being under her care. When the time came for us to make the final decision for him, she was on the phone with me in the evening. She met us early the next morning before I had to go to work. All of this while she had a newborn at home! She was so compassionate to him and to us-his family!
Has always done a great job with our animals. No complaints at all. Just be on time to your appointments and call if you can't make it. Very rarely does she have time for walk in's, so call for an appointment! Shes is a busy lady!
Dr. Norman and her staff are amazing. They are always willing to help! Her rates are very reasonable. She is the only vet my animals will allow to touch them. Animals know character. I live an hour from her and make the drive because myself and my animals love her. She had even given us emergency help on phone until we can get there. I can't say enough good about Prairie Pet Mobile Vet.
